We hope you, your friends and family are all in good health during these unprecedented times. Social distancing and staying away from others right now is the best way we know to help stop the spread of the Covid-19 virus. Unfortunately most people will be in situations where because of either work, food or other necessities they have to go out in public. Safety masks are the best way to go in to public.The scientific evidence is clear that homemade masks can stop COVID-19 spread (and most governments agree, including the U.S., China, Brazil, India, France, etc.). Studies show that with 80% mask usage, we can stop a virus pandemic almost immediately. However, with the shortage of masks we must adapt. We found this great way to make home-made safety masks and want to share it with you. These masks help, however they are not a substitution for washing your hands with soap and water and maintaining a safe distance (6ft) from others. Based on the data, it is recommend using a combination of cotton material and a paper towel but any mask is much better than no mask. This DIY guide will show you many different ways to quickly make and clean a protective homemade mask.
