What Should We Get Next?

This may not be one of my most exciting blog posts but it could possibly be one of the more useful ones! I want to focus on our products and potential new products. As you may have seen on social media we currently have a survey available asking 5 quick questions that we feel will better help us meet and exceed your expectations. So I just figured I’d cover what we're doing, why we're doing it and how it affects you. So at My Way Leases our number one goal is to make our customers happy. From the reviews we’ve gotten and the people we’ve talked to that is happening but we also know there’s always room for improvement. Speaking of reviews, keep them coming! We love hearing your feedback. While most of the reviews have been positive we were also looking for ways to keep you happy and make sure we have what you are looking for. In comes the survey. The survey questions are tailored to not take you much time to answer but give us critical information on what you want, when you want it and how to get it to you. We will then take the answers we get and change or add whatever we can to make My Way Leases better for you!

This is your time to be heard. If you’ve ever been on our website and in our store and said “I wish they had____”, now's the time to tell us what that is. The first question asks about any brands or products that fit our product line that you would like to see added. Some of the early responses are video games/accessories, laptops, Stand up mirrors and pole lamps. We’ve seen a couple of these suggestions pop up a few times and those have caught our eye and already started a discussion. The second question asks if there’s any types of products we don’t offer that you’d like to see at My Way Leases. Outdoor Furniture, Grills and new technologies have been brought to our attention and answered! We have 6 and counting new outdoor furniture sets available at all location. We heard the overwhelming requests for outdoor furniture and got to work. The next question asks you to pick which areas you would like to see more selection in. So if you want to see more bedroom sets or dining room tables then check that box and let us know!

The next question asks how often you expect to see new furniture. This will help us know customer expectations so we can readily keep new inventory coming in at the rates you expect to see it! The last question asks what the best way to make you aware of new deals and products. You can check all that apply and that will make us focus more on the medium you guys care about the most whether it be social media, email, radio or whatever you decide. That’s it. 5 simple questions that may take a minute to fill in and will provide so much value to us as a company and you as our customer.
